The Role:  Financial Analyst

We are looking for a sharp finance professional to join our Global Operations Financial Planning and Analysis team who will be responsible for forecasting, strategic operations planning, analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate would have an interest in manufacturing operations and the metrics that help to drive improvements. You will be a key contributor to driving Operations headcount planning, Gross Margin improvement, Inventory management and Materials Cost reduction. You will interact with executives and have high visibility throughout the company. Successful candidate will be a top performer who has a passion to champion positive change throughout the organization.

Essential Functions:

- Provide financial and analytical support for the company's forecasts and results

- Create and implement process improvement across the company in all regions

- Create new reports and models to meet the business' needs and drive decisions

- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects

- Perform ad hoc financial analyses in support of US Operations

- Prepare quarter end executive reports

- Support improvements of our financial planning models and system

- Participate in all budgeting and forecasting processes

- Monitor and report operating results against budget and forecast

- Create and distribute scalable weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports

As we build a world-class marketing team ,the Field Product Marketing manager will play an integral role in defining new solutions based on market and competitive trends. The job supports the company's overall strategy and goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Your role will be to capitalize on our huge opportunity in the Semiconductor Metrology market, identifying opportunities, developing and managing requirements for new systems targeted at this growing market segment. You will develop marketing requirements, define the user experience, manage customer engagements, use cases, craft product messaging and positioning, and have endto-end responsibility for the success of your portfolio.

You will provide vision and leadership to a cross-functional teams from different organizations responsible for developing and bringing to market exceptional solutions to semiconductor optical metrology. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The software is primarily written in Java with various components developed in C or C++ in a multi-threaded and distributed environment. The application will be distributed on multiple networked servers running various operating systems.

Responsibilities:

This new position will involve the development of next-generation e-beam products. The job requires significant experience in a number of the following: electronics, vacuum and wafer handling, complex electro-mechanical systems, photon optics or (preferably) electron optics, X-ray spectroscopy, inspection technology. Experience with the definition and implementation of complex systems within a systems engineering design process will be expected. It is an individual contributor position with significant technical leadership expectations.
