Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1) Maintaining all organizational and professional ethical standards. Works independently under general supervision with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
2) Supports the development of the annual risk assessment and provides input to the development of the Annual Audit Plan.
3) Conducts and documents audits of key internal controls (SOX 404) and key operational processes
4) Performs operational audit procedures, including:
          + Designing audit program
          + Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, and preparing working papers
          + Reviewing and analyzing evidence and documenting processes and procedures
          + Identifying, developing, and documenting audit issues and recommendations
.
5) Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit projects via written reports and/or oral presentations to management.
6) Works with divisional and functional management to develop and implement practical solutions to address audit findings.
7) Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers.

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Candidate must have BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance; certification as a CIA /CISA /CPA is highly preferred.
2) Candidate must have a minimum of 1-3 years audit experience. Experience with the Big 4 audit firms or in similar internal audit roles in large organizations highly preferred.
3) Knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing and accounting principles and practices.
4) Strong skills in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
5) Effective verbal and written communications, including interviewing skills and presenting findings and recommendations.
6) Skill in negotiating issues and resolving problems.
7) Candidate must be a self-starter, be objective and work independently.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent.
OR
Master's Level Degree with at least 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
 KLA-Tencor seeks an expert level technologist/engineer to lead the development of a high bandwidth, low noise solid-state sensor.    The candidate will be part of a team of scientists and engineers developing market leading, next generation wafer inspection and metrology systems.  The candidate will be responsible for generating sensor requirements, defining sensor architecture including device design and interfaces, driving the cooperation of manufacturing partners, verifying sensor performance and reliability, and integrating the camera sub-system.  The successful candidate will ideally have a demonstrated record of innovation and implementation of leading-generation CMOS or CCD -based sensors, from design through production and release, have the ability to quantify and articulate the merits of sensor technology and road maps, and thrive as a part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job description:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for definition, modeling, design, integration and characterization of optical inspection and metrology systems in semiconductor industry.

The ideal candidate is innovative thinker, with solid theoretical and experimental knowledge of physical optics, optical metrology, light sources and sensors, data analysis, signal processing. Capability to convert high-level system requirements into subsystem specifications is also essential. Combination of practical hands-on skills and system level thinking is a must.  Capable and willing to design, build and use optical lab setups as a proof-of-concept benches or component test beds.

The candidate needs to be a self-motivated individual with ability to multitask and work independently or in a team. Strong written and verbal communications skills are needed for extensive interactions with members of a multi-disciplinary global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position requires an MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering or related field.

Background in any of the following is a strong plus: optical microscopy, optical design, near-field optics, EM modeling, opto-mechanical system design, optical metrology, interferometry, control systems, Monte Carlo simulation, and semiconductor processing.

Responsibilities

Job Description:
- Assist a key product development activity within the e-beam inspection product line. Examples of activities include detailed product requirements and timelines based on solid market data; collecting and analyzing market data; acting as the marketing assignee to a PLC team.
- Own or assist product management for one or more key regions in the world. Since our sales cycles are long and our customer base is small, marketing must take a key role in overseeing our critical-customer relationships. Activities included are overseeing escalations on current and legacy products, developing sales-strategies with the global team, understanding current- and emerging-customer requirements, and over-seeing demos, evaluations and projects for those customers. It is, of course, necessary to be well-liked by internal and external customers, so integrity, responsiveness, and humor can be important skills too. This requires traveling to the region on a regular basis, sometimes on short notice and staying in steady contact through emails, conference calls etc. Mentoring and developing the RPM in that region is a key responsibility.
- Help to develop value messages on our products based on data in alignment with applications and engineering. This includes understanding what is important to our customers, what we can credibly deliver to our customers, and conveying these messages in a succinct way to users, technical buyers and economic buyers. How do we solve mission critical problems? Why should the customer buy our product?
- Lead projects through influence and wise council. Be moderate, temperate, unflappable and approachable at all times. Know when to bring in additional advisors.
- Understand and be able to explain all key systems that applications touches to get entitlement including optics, image processing, system noise, sensitivity/throughput tradeoffs and binning.
- Input and signoff on MRDs for products as well as PLC phase exits.
- Help to develop and maintain market metrics and follow marketing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Detailed applications knowledge of KT inspection products and customer use cases.
2. BS, MS or PhD. in EE, Applied Physics, Materials Science or related fields.
3. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industry.
4. Willing and able to travel domestically and overseas as required, including trips on short-notice.

Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams that are focused on the delivery of a product or part from design to release for customers:

2.Develops, defines, executes and tracks project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables

4.Defines and assigns major project roles

Education and Experience:
