Job Description:

The SWIFT (Simultaneous Wafer Inspection at Fast Throughput) division is part of the Wafer Inspection Group (WIG) and consists in an organization globally located in US, Germany, India, and Singapore.
The SWIFT division has the mission to  provide cost-effective solutions for high-sampling wafer inspection applications. We effectively partner with field support teams and customers to lower overall fab costs by supplying world-leading high-throughput inspection, metrology and review systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes: all-wafer-surface (frontside, backside, and edge) macro inspection, standalone high-sampling inspection, and standalone edge inspection and metrology tools that are deployed across several advanced wafer fabs for a large number of applications.
Besides developing valuable products, the SWIFT division provides support to the customers to achieve performance entitlement through the sharing and implementation of applications BKM (Best Known Methods).

Design, develop, implement, test and support software for semiconductor inspection equipment and complex semiconductor tool systems.  Determine software requirements, conduct software integration, troubleshooting and on-tool qualification.  Utilize C++, C#, Enterprise Architect, and Matlab for software development tasks. Support internal customers and field escalations on related product issues.
Ensure prompt resolution of assigned escalations. Perform systematic conversion of customer/program requirements into a usable consistent application.  Define the software architecture of the application to enable implementation of the requirements.  Adhere to SWIFT/KT standards for the software development process.
Specific Skills:
1) Designing, developing, testing, implementing and troubleshooting complex software applications;
2) Support field escalations and internal customers on related product issues.
3) Machine control;
4) Object-Oriented Analysis/Design/Programming;
5) C++, C# (or similar programming language);
6) Semiconductor equipment domain experience including customer interactions;
7) Bug-fixing and feature development for the complex tool integrated with mechanical, electrical, and physical components;
8) Data analysis;
9) Strong communication, leadership and problem solving.
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field and 8 years of work experience in job offered or in a software engineering- related occupation.
Doctorate (Academic) with at least 2 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.

Job Description:
The GSS Service Inventory Senior Manager is responsible for setting inventory goals, monitoring and forecasting all aspects related to global service inventory as well as driving a multi-disciplinary and matrixed organization to achieve inventory targets. This person will work closely with GSS finance, procurement, planning and product teams to set and control inventory levels, manage quarterly reserve setting, support internal and external audits, execute quarterly excess scrap and perform in-depth inventory analyses whose findings lead to improved inventory performance across the world.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education:  BS/BA Business or related field with preferred concentration in Operations or Supply Chain Management (MS/MBA preferred a plus). 

Experience: 5 years of experience in a high-tech supply chain environment. Specific Inventory Management or Finance experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience working with exec level staff members on operational and financial reviews.

Skills: Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and be comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple functions.  Must be comfortable working at all levels in the organization from front-line staff to C-level executives. The candidate is required to be a strong team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to drive to results while maintaining excellent relationships.  Experience with MS-Access and other database management is essential. Programming skills would be a plus.

Job Description:
The Global Import/Export Analyst responsibilities will cover all import and export activity across the global KLA-Tencor service network.  Responsibilities will include review of HTS classifications to assure legal and most favorable duty treatment in each import jurisdiction, support applications for binding rulings with customs authorities to reduce impacts to key products used in support of service customers, auditing of service organizations to assure they are compliant with all import and export regulations in their given region.  Support to regional logistics managers to overcome trade compliance issues in their regions.
The Import/Export Analyst will work closely with our global service logistics team as well as cross functional teams to drive program improvements through information analysis and process management. This individual will be responsible for evaluating opportunities to establish bonded operations in key regions where KLA-Tencor will see significant financial returns.
The Import/Export Analyst will be responsible for driving lowest possible compliance costs across the KLA-Tencor Service supply chain while assuring legal compliance with customs laws in each country where we act as importer or exporter of record.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior scientist/engineer with a focus in the area of systems and optical engineering.  The candidate will be working in a hardware R&D group that is developing the next generation optical CD and film measurement hardware for the semiconductor industry.  The Individual will be required to participate in optical design assessments, sensitivity analyses, modeling and simulation of optical systems including diffraction, spot size, and validation of hardware designs and troubleshooting, analysis of results and develop methods and techniques to improve the performance of the hardware to meet customer requirements.   The job responsibilities will include both experimental and analytical/modeling activities.  The candidate may be required to travel to customer sites occasionally to support Beta tools or to address specific issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate should have doctoral degree in physics/applied sciences/ materials sciences with at least 5-10 years of experience.  Experience in the semiconductor industry and in other film/CD measurements would be a plus.  Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills.  Candidates should be familiar with analytical tools such as Matlab, Mathematica.  Prior knowledge of Zemax or other optical design programs would be considered a plus.  Prior experience in polarization measuring instruments, reflectometers, ellipsometers, interferometers etc would be considered a definite plus.
