Job Description:
Seeking a talented, motivated and self-driven Senior Network Engineer to join the Global Network Services Organization in KLA Tencor. The candidate will be a SME in Cisco Routing and Switching technologies and responsible for creating strategies, policies and standards for building high performing WAN and LAN services to improve user productivity. In this role, candidate will be responsible for analyzing new technologies, leading projects, as well as influencing technology strategy around the company. The candidate will interpret business requirements into technical network solution framework, liaise with systems, unified communications and architecture teams to ensure alignment across technology portfolio.

Responsibilities:
1. Expert level SME in the areas of Cisco Routing and Switching technologies to produce technically excellent network solutions architecture in alignment with business needs
2. Technical lead to execute projects in the area of WAN and LAN
3. Assist in scoping and costing of projects
4. Work closely with SME's from Systems, Storage and Unified Communications team to maintain a high performing and robust infrastructure landscape
5. Research new technologies, products, tools and protocols to transform global network landscape to consume cloud services

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior working experience as Sr. Network Engineer in a global company with ~10,000 user's
2. Expert level hands on knowledge in Cisco Nexus, IOS, Routers/Switches
3. Expert level knowledge with design and administering global WAN (MPLS, DMVPN), LAN (Wired and Wireless) networks
4. Experience with test tools, traffic generators and simulation tools
5. Industry certifications such as CCIE
6. Project management skills, certifications or experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 to 10 years of experience or equivalent experience working as Sr. Networking Engineer in a global company.

The Role:
The Financial Analyst is a member of the KLA-Tencor Financial Planning & Analysis organization.  The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization provides support to executives and business leaders throughout the company. Our primary role is to manage the processes that support the company's business decisions; such as forecasting, strategic planning, board of director presentations, and management reporting.

Responsibilities:
Main duties for this particular role include the following:
- Forecasting - division spending and headcount. Bi-weekly snapshot and quarterly budget review and Involved in annual strategic planning
- Reporting- quarter-end financial close and management reporting with main focus on division expenses, headcount, assets, and internal inventory
- Budget tracking - Work closely with division Engineer, Marketing, Applications, and Sales teams on budget tracking, analysis and reporting
- Project Management – Be part of the new product introduction team and be responsible for project financial analysis

Job Description:
The Wafer Inspection Division (WIN) is seeking a Systems Software Engineer in our Milpitas, California campus. You will be a key member of our highly integrated multi-disciplinary team comprised of software, optical, mechanical, robotics, electronics, control systems and image processing engineers.  You will be responsible for the creation of machine control, image computer and data storage software for next generation Semiconductor Wafer Inspection machines.  You will also be responsible for integrating multiple hardware and software sub-systems to solve some of the most advanced technical challenges facing the semiconductor chip industry.
 
The software is primarily written in Java with various components developed in C or C++ in a multi-threaded and distributed environment. The application will be distributed on multiple networked servers running various operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:
1) You are an expert in Object-Oriented software design principles and have applied them in practice.
2) You are an expert in an Object Oriented language including Java and / or C++.
3) You have experience developing and debugging multi-threaded/parallel processing applications.
4) You have experience developing and debugging software to control hardware including any of the following: electro-mechanical systems, opto-mechanical systems, data acquisition hardware, servo control systems, or robotics.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and well-qualified individual to join a software development team at KLA-Tencor in Milpitas. This role entails the design and implementation of algorithms for manipulating the physical layout of semiconductor chips. The layout is specified in GDS and OASIS files, which contain large quantities of polygons arranged in multiple 2-dimensional layers. The algorithms must be optimized for very high performance by utilizing multiple cores and multiple physical servers.

Preferred Qualifications:
The selected Software Engineer shall have industry experience with direct hands-on design and implementation of algorithms dealing with vector polygons, particularly from the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry. The selected Software Engineer should be extremely comfortable with many existing polygon algorithms, such as those that compare two polygons for identity and near-identity, those that calculate area and other statistics of polygons, and those that differentiate between convex and concave segments of polygons, and so on, and be able to design and implement new algorithms with high performance in mind.

Required qualifications:
1) Experienced with C++ programming in the UNIX environment.
2) Experienced with Object-Oriented software analysis and design.
3) Strong knowledge of multi-threaded/parallel processing applications along with exposure to various software design patterns.

We effectively partner with field support teams and customers to lower overall fab costs by supplying world-leading high-throughput inspection, metrology and review systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes: all-wafer-surface (front side, backside and edge) macro inspection, standalone high-sampling inspection, and standalone edge inspection and metrology tools that are deployed across several advanced wafer fabs for a large number of applications. Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting KLA-Tencor's Thin Film metrology products in the field, which includes projects related to new product introduction, characterization, beta testing and early evaluation tools. In addition, the candidate will manage customer demonstrations, head-to-head (H2H) activities at customer facilities, and adoption support. Also, the candidate will be responsible for generating best known method documents and other training material and transferring product knowledge to K-T's worldwide Field Applications team. Lastly, he/she will work closely with customers to develop solutions to problems, and publish papers at industry symposiums or in technical journals. This position provides opportunities to work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within K-T and with customer engineers outside of KLA-Tencor and may require minimal travel to support inspection products at customer fabs.
